Craft made cheese using the milk of Murciano-Granadina goats from Murcia.
The rind is coated in chopped almonds and extra virgin olive oil, resulting in a compact cheese, creamy on the palate, infused with the subtle flavor of almonds throughout the cheese. Covered with almonds and with an ivory white cut, it has a firm and compact creamy interior, closed without holes.
Be sure to serve at room temperature, great with almond-stuffed olives and Piquillo peppers. It is also fantastic with pears, honey or bitter orange jams and fig jams. Pairs nicely with white wines.
