An all-natural Spanish goat cheese produced in the traditional log shape. Fresh or matured with penicilium for a few days, logs are of an intense white color and a creamy melting texture.
Ideal when sliced and grilled for salads or on toasted bread. Also pairs wonderfully with fig, date or apricot cakes and honey. Goes well with light white wines like Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc or sweet wines.
