Coming from the same dairy as our award-winning blue mold soft goat cheese from Somontano, this delicate soft-ripened goat cheese is covered with white mold. It is hand-made from pasteurized goat milk from their own livestock by enzymatic coagulation and it is completely natural, with no additives or preservatives.
Also ripened for 30 days, its texture is very creamy, with mild aromas and intense flavor, very pleasant to the palate. When aged, the cheese becomes even creamier, strengthening the flavor.
This farmhouse cheese is produced in the beautiful Somontano region, close to the Pyrenees Mountains of Huesca.
