Semi-cured cheese made of the blend of cow, goat and sheep milk, manufactured in the major cheese producing area of Castilla y León, in central Spain.
Of ivory color, this cheese has a balanced flavor with lactic hints and it is smooth, creamy and delicate on the palate. It is cured for a minimum of 35 days.
It is available in blocks, making it ideal to slice for sandwiches. Fantastic in salads and on top of sandwiches.
