Artisanal cheese from Asturias, made from adding sheep cream to pasteurized cow milk. After a short maturation, the cheese is slowly smoked with oak wood, enriching this mild and sweet cheese with a delightfully delicate smoky flavor. The texture is smooth, flexible and elastic.
Ahumado de Pría is a very balanced cheese frequently grilled or used as a filling for blue fishes, diced in salads and grated on soups and purées.
