ORGANIC GOAT CHEESE FROM SUBBETICA REGION

Pressed mass farmhouse cheese made from organic pasteurized goat milk, produced in the natural park of La Subbética Mountains, in Andalucía. 

This cheese is manufactured with vegetable rennet and ripened for a minimum of 3 months. It has a firm and buttery texture with pleasant, slightly sour flavor, provided by the vegetable rennet.

Ideal in a cheese board or just alone with a good red wine.
